Exchange

At QADR, we want you to have the best experience with us. We gladly accept returns and exchanges to ensure you feel fully satisfied and confident with your purchase

Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

We offer size exchanges for the same item to ensure the perfect fit.

How to Start an Exchange

Email info@qadr.ae with your order number or tracking number, and we’ll arrange a pick-up or drop-off in UAE, GCC, CIS, or internationally.

Cancellation Policy

Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled.
Due to fast processing, only post-delivery exchanges/store credit are available — in line with luxury industry standards.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.
